๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Karachi
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
* Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of critical equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, POS and backup power systems.
* Develop and implement preventive & corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
* Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and oversee building, civil, electrical and plumbing works.
* Manage maintenance vendors, service contracts, documentation and performance.
* Support new store openings, renovations and refurbishment projects.
* Monitor electricity, gas, water, HVAC and generator consumption across all locations.
* Analyze utility usage, identify wastage, and prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
* Manage utility billing, vendor coordination and issue resolution.
* Drive cost-saving, energy-efficiency and compliance initiatives.

* Bachelorโs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
* 4 to 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Utilities or Facility Management; multi-site/QSR experience preferred.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and backup power systems.
* Experience in vendor management, service contracts, budgeting and cost control.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, reporting and coordination skills.
