🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior / Principal Process Engineer

📍 Location: Pakistan – Remote

Macrosoft Pakistan is looking for an experienced Senior / Principal Process Engineer to drive enterprise-level process transformation, optimization, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end processes and identify bottlenecks, rework, control gaps, and automation opportunities.

• Lead Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean Process Improvement, Value Stream Mapping, and Process Mining initiatives.

• Redesign and automate processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Delivery, Campaign Management, and Revenue Operations.

• Develop current-state/future-state process maps and scalable operating models.

• Define automation and integration requirements across Salesforce, Marketing Automation, BPM/workflow platforms, Power Automate, and enterprise systems.

• Build automation roadmaps based on business value and measurable ROI.

• Collaborate with business leaders, Product, Operations, and Technology teams.

Required Experience

✔ Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; minimum Green Belt with significant enterprise transformation experience.

✔ Strong expertise in BPR, Lean, Value Stream Mapping & Process Mining.

✔ Experience with Salesforce ecosystems, Marketing Automation, workflow orchestration, BPM & Power Automate.

✔ Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and design automation-driven solutions.

✔ Experience developing future-state operating models and ROI business cases.

✔ Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and executive communication skills.
