7 Kings Code is looking for a Healthcare Operations & Client Engagement Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and has a strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle (RCM).

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. healthcare clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

• Build strong client relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Support day-to-day healthcare operations and collaborate with internal teams.

• Manage client concerns and provide timely, solution-oriented resolutions.

• Utilize your knowledge of medical billing, insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, and healthcare workflows.

Must-Have Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Commerce, or a related field.

✔ 2–5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.

✔ Strong understanding of the U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle (RCM).

✔ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

✔ Strong problem-solving, organizational, and client relationship management skills.

✔ Ability to work confidently with U.S.-based healthcare clients.

Preferred Qualifications

➕ Experience with U.S. healthcare providers, physician practices, laboratories, or medical groups.

➕ Background in medical billing, healthcare operations, customer success, or BPO.

➕ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
