Bank Alfalah Limited is looking for a Senior Officer - Allied Applications Management to join its Karachi office.
What You Will Do:
-Coordinate with Application owners and vendors for smooth system workflows.
-Manage system operational issues and ensure fast turnaround times (TAT).
-Train Level-1 and Service-Desk support teams.
-Support ongoing project integrations, audits, and new application development.
-Perform operational activities and provide solutions to the team, and coordinate with the business in parallel to support ongoing projects with new integration and development.
What We Look For:
Education: Graduate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 1-2 years in Application Administration and Support.
Skills: Strong IT support skills combined with excellent interpersonal communication.
