Pyramids Global Pakistan is looking for talented and customer-focused professionals to join our team as VMA / Patient Help Desk Specialists supporting healthcare operations.

📍 Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who have:

✅ Excellent English communication and clear pronunciation

✅ Professional, patient-friendly speaking style

✅ Ability to communicate at an appropriate pace, especially with elderly patients

✅ Strong patient call-handling and customer service skills

✅ Experience with patient scheduling and rescheduling

✅ Ability to manage patient chats and messages professionally

✅ Experience handling patient payments and payment-related inquiries

✅ Strong listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to client-specific workflows

⭐ Preferred Background:

- VMA / Virtual Medical Assistant

- Patient Help Desk / Patient Support

- Medical Billing

- Healthcare Customer Service

- U.S. Healthcare Operations

- Medical / Healthcare BPO

- Patient Scheduling

- D-Pharm / MBBS or relevant healthcare background

- U.S. healthcare experience will be an advantage.

- English + Spanish bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
