Business Development Executive

Xarasoft AI is looking for a 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

Budget: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 per month + uncapped bonus per demo booked

Location: Lahore (On-site — DHA Phase 5)

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to own our outbound sales pipeline for Nexa (AI customer support chatbot) and Nexio (AI voice agent). This role is pipeline-first: your job is to identify the right businesses, start conversations with decision-makers, and book qualified demos for the founders. Success is measured by demos booked and held.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Build and maintain target lists of businesses with high customer support and call volume (e-commerce brands, retail, restaurants, clinics, real estate)

Run daily outbound on LinkedIn and WhatsApp using our proven scripts — connection requests, first messages, and structured follow-ups

Book product demos into the founders' calendars — this is the primary KPI

Own the sales pipeline sheet: every contact, stage, last touch, and next action updated daily

Attend demos to learn the pitch and log every objection so the pitch keeps improving

Report weekly on contacts made, replies, demos booked and held, with observations on what messaging is working

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

0–2 years in sales, business development, telesales, or lead generation (strong fresh graduates considered)

Highly organized — you keep trackers updated without being reminded

Comfortable with rejection and consistent follow-up over weeks

Working knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets
