𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

Paklogics looking for an experienced eBay USA Marketplace Specialist who can independently manage the complete eBay USA dropshipping operation.

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Conduct USA-focused product hunting & research based on demand, competition, pricing, fees, shipping costs, and profit margins.

• Source and evaluate reliable US-based suppliers for dropshipping.

• Create and optimize eBay listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, item specifics, and pricing.

• Manage complete eBay dropshipping operations from product sourcing to delivery.

• Process orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely fulfillment.

• Manage shipping, tracking uploads, delayed/lost shipments, and logistics issues.

• Monitor supplier inventory and pricing to prevent stock-outs, cancellations, and losses.

• Handle US customer inquiries, returns, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and disputes.

• Monitor eBay account health, seller ratings, defects, late shipments, cases, and performance metrics.

• Monitor sales, fees, costs, margins, profit, conversion, and advertising performance.

• Identify winning products, optimize underperforming listings, and scale profitable products.

• Prepare regular sales, order, profitability, and account health reports.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

✅ 2+ years of hands-on eBay USA experience preferred.

✅ Proven experience with eBay USA dropshipping.

✅ Strong product hunting and research skills.

✅ Hands-on listing and listing optimization experience.

✅ Experience with order handling, supplier coordination & logistics.

✅ Experience with US-based supplier sourcing.

✅ Strong knowledge of eBay USA policies, fees, shipping, returns, and seller standards.

✅ Experience handling tracking, refunds, returns, cancellations, disputes, and customer service.

✅ Ability to calculate costs, eBay fees, shipping, margins & actual profit.

✅ Experience with eBay Seller Hub and seller performance metrics.

✅ Good English communication skills.

✅ Ability to independently take ownership of the complete eBay operation.
