Hightech Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing & Branding to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition and retention.

Ā šLocation: Phase 5 DHA Lahore
Ā š¼Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Ā
Ā Key Responsibilities
ā Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
ā Lead performance marketing across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms
ā Build and manage influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships
ā Drive CRM, retention and lifecycle marketing initiatives
ā Improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention
ā Own key marketing metrics including ROI, CAC, ROAS, LTV and revenue growth
ā Lead and mentor the Marketing team
ā Work closely with sales, product and business teams to achieve growth objectives
ā 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth / Brand Marketing
ā Strong hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing and CRM
ā Proven track record of scaling brands and driving measurable business results
ā Strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills
ā Experience managing agencies, vendors and internal teams.
