About Us:
Royal Solar Energy (Pvt) Ltd. is one of Pakistan's leading solar energy providers, committed to delivering sustainable, cost-effective, and high-quality energy solutions. We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Procurement Executive to join our team in Multan.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate with suppliers for timely and cost-effective procurement.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate material planning.
Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company procurement policy.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Evaluate vendor performance and develop long-term supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid shortages.
Support the development and execution of procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

MBA in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field will be preferred.
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/inventory software.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
