ITButler E-Services is currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Officer.
๐ผ ๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Bahria Phase 8, Rawalpindi
ย โฐ ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ: 10:00 AM โ 5:00 PM
ย ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Minimum Bachelors (any field)
๐ผ ๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: 6 months atleast
ย ๐ฌ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ: Strong communication and PR abilities
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ & ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
ย โข Manage client interactions and handle front-facing responsibilities
ย โข Assist with administrative coordination related to ongoing projects
ย โข Provide awareness & guidance regarding company products
ย โข Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
ย โข Contribute to daily administrative and operational support
