HR Administrator

🚀 We're Hiring: HR Administrator | Remote (Pakistan)

JS Engineering Systems is looking for a highly organized and driven HR Administrator to join our team remotely in Pakistan.

This role is central to our people operations — you'll be managing the entire employee lifecycle end-to-end, all through our HRIS platform.

📋 What You'll Own:

✅ Job Posting & Recruitment — publishing openings and managing the full hiring pipeline for both technical and non-technical roles

✅ Talent Hunting — proactively sourcing and attracting the right candidates

✅ Onboarding — creating a seamless first-day experience for every new hire

✅ Offboarding — managing smooth and professional exit processes

✅ Attendance Management — maintaining accurate daily attendance records

✅ Employee Records — keeping all employee data up to date and compliant

✅ HR Operations — handling day-to-day HR tasks efficiently

🛠️ All of the above will be managed entirely through our HRIS platform so comfort with digital HR tools is a must.

🎯 You're the Right Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience in HR administration or HR operations

• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (MiHCM experience is a strong plus)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee data

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
