Senior DevOps Engineer (GCP & Kubernetes) | Remote | Enduring Planet
Enduring Planet is a fintech platform providing founder-friendly working capital and financial advisory services to climate startups and SMBs.
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (Pakistan preferred) to join our remote Engineering team and help us build, scale, and optimize cloud-native systems with a strong developer-first mindset.
Your Impact:
• Partner closely with developers to optimize and debug Python applications in production.
• Own and scale GKE clusters, Helm charts, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Build and manage infrastructure on GCP using Terraform (100% IaC).
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / ArgoCD).
• Drive automation and developer tooling using Python.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
We’re looking for:
• 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering.
• Strong expertise in GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, IAM, VPC).
• Deep Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Advanced Terraform and infrastructure automation skills.
• Solid Python skills with the ability to work in application codebases.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
