Job Title: Sr. Business Development Executive
Location: Sindhi Muslim, Karachi
Timings: US & EU time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead discovery calls with US- and EU-based prospects and decision-makers.
2. Qualify opportunities using BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline).
3. Position Arpatech’s software development, AI automation, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
4. Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to contract signing.
5. Collaborate with presales on solution design and technical discussions.
6. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM.
7. Work US & EU business hours and represent the company professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 5–7 years of B2B sales experience selling to US and European clients.
2. Strong background in IT services, software services, or consulting sales.
3. Excellent spoken English with executive-level communication skills.
4. Proven ability to run structured discovery and value-based conversations.
5. Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
6. High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
7. Comfortable handling objections, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
8. Confidence leading client-facing calls without heavy scripts.
