- Coordinate with buyers and understand their requirements for new developments and ongoing orders.
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, and pre-production processes.
- Maintain order tracking sheets and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Monitor production status, ensure timely shipments, and resolve any issues.
- Communicate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist in costing, price negotiations, and preparing quotations for buyers.
- Work closely with design and product development teams for new product innovations.
- Maintain documentation for all merchandising activities including tech packs, PO details, and shipment records.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis for pricing, trends, and customer preferences.
- Visit production floors to monitor product status and quality checkpoints.
