Designation: Logistic Officer
Qualification: MBA/M.COM/BBA/B.COM or the relevant field from HEC recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in track & manage vehicles (Textile is Preferably).
Location: Head Office, Multan
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and track vehicle dispatches to all designated sites, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
· Monitor the "ex-destination" status of dispatched vehicles, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
· Maintain clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders, including drivers, site personnel, and management.
· Utilize the oracle system for data entry, reporting, and tracking of dispatch information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any dispatch-related issues, delays, or discrepancies.
· Generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) on dispatch activities, ex-destination status, and key performance indicators.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of dispatch processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Any other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.
