Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Sindhi Muslim, Karachi
Shift: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm
Summary:
We are seeking a HR Executive/recruitment experience with 3–4 years of experience for our recruitment team. You will be responsible for headhunting and hiring top-tier technical talent while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring for Software Engineers, DevOps, BAs, PMs, and other technical roles.
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal profiles.
- Conduct HR screenings and coordinate technical assessments/interviews.
- Promote the company within the tech community to attract high-quality talent.
Requirements:
Experience: 3–4 years of proven technical recruiting experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to understand complex technical roles.
Mindset: Result-oriented with strong negotiation and headhunting capabilities
