About the Role:

AG7 Marketing Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Human Resources, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and HR information systems. Fluent English speaking is necessary for this role.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, generating meaningful HR reports, and supporting HR operations—primarily focusing on attendance management and HR information portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update HRIS and attendance portals with accuracy and efficiency.

Generate, analyze, and present HR reports (attendance, employee records, performance metrics, etc.).

Identify trends in HR data and provide actionable insights to management.

Ensure compliance and accuracy in employee records and HR documentation.

Collaborate with internal teams to support HR operations and resolve employee queries.

Assist in improving processes related to HR reporting and data management.

Maintain effective communication and ensure timely submission of reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources.

Strong skills in HR reporting and data analysis.

Experience with HRIS systems and attendance management portals.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.

Fluent English speaking is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to remote work.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong analytical mindset.
