Gerry’s F&B is looking for an experienced Head of HR & Training to lead our HR function. The role involves driving HR strategy, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration (HR certifications preferred)

- 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience

- Strong expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations & training
