πππ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’ππ’π₯π’ππ’ππ¬:
- Design and develop innovative footwear collections for men and women (shoes & slippers).
- Conduct trend research on styles, colors, and materials to ensure market competitiveness.
- Create design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings for sample development.
- Collaborate with the product development and production teams to ensure feasibility, comfort, and quality.
- Source and select suitable materials, fabrics, and accessories for collections.
- Monitor the sampling process, review prototypes, and finalize designs.
- Ensure timely development and launch of seasonal collections in line with brand identity.
πππ¬π©π¨π§π¬π’ππ’π₯π’ππ’ππ¬:
- Bachelorβs degree in Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
- 2β3 years of experience in footwear design.
- Strong understanding of footwear construction, patterns, and material selection.
- Proficiency in design tools/software (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop tools).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to balance style with comfort.
- Knowledge of latest fashion and consumer trends in footwear.
