Badar Energy is seeking a Finance, Accounts & Shipping Executive to strengthen our growing operations. The ideal candidate will manage financial tasks while also supporting shipment documentation, petty cash handling, and dealer billing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Manage daily finance and accounting operations
✔️ Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and billing records for dealers/shops
✔️ Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and reconciliation
✔️ Support shipment-related documentation and customs coordination
✔️ Assist in cash flow management and reporting (weekly & monthly)
✔️ Coordinate with logistics and sales team for smooth order execution
🔹 Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
🔹 2–4 years of relevant experience (finance + import/export industry preferred)
🔹 Strong MS Excel and accounting software knowledge
🔹 Familiarity with shipping/customs documents will be an advantage
🔹 Immediate availability preferred
