ย โข Manage end-to-end factory operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch.
ย โข Plan and monitor daily production to achieve targets.
ย โข Handle labour workforce โ attendance, discipline, and productivity.
ย โข Supervise staff โ assign work, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
ย โข Monitor raw material requirements, consumption, and stock levels.
ย โข Ensure proper maintenance of machines and factory infrastructure.
ย โข Maintain Safety & Compliance.
ย โข Prepare and share daily / weekly / monthly reports with management.
ย โข Handle all computer work including production records, inventory, Excel & MIS
ย โข Identify cost-saving measures, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

ย โข Graduate in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
ย โข 7โ10 years of proven experience in factory / plant operations.
ย โข Strong knowledge of Production, Labour Management & Factory Compliance.
ย โข Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Emails, and ERP (if applicable).
ย โข Strong leadership and people management skills.
ย โข Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
