𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Monday–Saturday | 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM (PKT)

Digitalise is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to take ownership of paid advertising and organic social growth for our Canadian clients.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max

• Set up and manage tracking through GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API

• Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CTR, and overall growth

• Work with the creative team to develop high-converting ad copy, visuals, and video concepts

• Develop strategies to improve CTR, engagement, and conversion rates

• Oversee organic social media growth and align paid and organic strategies

• Manage client accounts and act as a strategic point of contact

• Prepare performance reports and turn campaign data into actionable growth strategies

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, funnels, and campaign optimization

• Experience developing creative strategies for paid advertising

• Understanding of organic social media growth and content strategy

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client management skills

• Experience working with international or Canadian clients is a plus

Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position. Employees are not permitted to hold or actively work in another full-time employment position simultaneously.

𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 & 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: Daily video meetings with camera on are required during working hours, work hours are tracked through the company’s time-tracking system..
