Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Executive ICT
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our ICT Department as an Executive. The role involves monitoring and resolving IT support tickets, managing user accounts, installing and configuring hardware and software, ensuring SLA compliance, and effectively handling multiple support requests.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors in IT / Computer Science or any other relevant degree. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
•Monitor, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets through the ticketing system.
•Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
•Manage user accounts, including password resets and access requests.
•Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams with proper documentation.
•Maintain a knowledge base of recurring issues and solutions.
•Install, configure, and update hardware and software on user devices.
•Manage IT assets, including assignment, transfer, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
•Ensure SLA compliance and minimize downtime through timely resolution.
•Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting.
•Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Team Management Skills, Strong Communication Skills and Risk Assessment Ability.
