At Creatif Soft, weโre looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business for our Medical Billing & Healthcare RCM services.
๐ Night Shift | Timings: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM | Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Block 1) On-site
๐ฅ๐๐ค๐จ๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ:
โข 2โ3+ years of experience in Medical Billing/RCM Business Development or Healthcare Sales.
โข Strong understanding of the US healthcare & medical billing industry.
โข B2B healthcare sales experience preferred.
โข Excellent English communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
โข Experience with CRM & lead-generation tools.
โข Target-driven and able to work independently.
๐๐๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐ฃ๐ข๐ก๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ฆ:
โข Identify and generate leads from US healthcare providers, physicians, clinics & medical practices.
โข Conduct cold calling, email outreach & LinkedIn prospecting.
โข Pitch and present Medical Billing & RCM services to potential clients.
โข Manage follow-ups, sales pipeline, negotiations & close deals.
โข Build and maintain strong client relationships.
โข Meet monthly/quarterly sales & revenue targets.
โข Maintain lead and sales activity records in CRM.
