✨ Position: Trainee Engineer - Industrial Engineering (IE)
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
• BS / MS - Industrial Engineering
• Fresh - 01 Year of Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in conducting time and motion studies to identify opportunities for improving sewing efficiency.
• Support the development and optimization of production line layouts for smooth workflow and reduced bottlenecks.
• Monitor manpower and machine utilization across sewing operations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Apply basic lean manufacturing tools and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to support process improvements.
• Assist with automation and digital transformation projects within sewing operations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance gaps, and support corrective actions.
• Help develop and maintain standard methods, operation bulletins, capacity studies, and process documentation.
• Participate in line balancing, productivity improvement, and waste-reduction activities.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn industrial engineering practices in knitwear apparel manufacturing.
