CRM & Sales Operations Associate

🚀 PureLogics is looking for CRM & Sales Operations Associate 🤔

👉 Experience: Min 1-2 Years
👉 Qualification: BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing

Key Responsibilities:

💡Keep CRM data clean, deduplicated, and updated
💡Ensure required fields, tags, and lifecycle stages are filled accurately
💡Add missing information from inbound leads or external sources
💡Audit and enrich data where needed
💡Assign new leads to the right AEs or stakeholders in a timely manner
💡Monitor unassigned or stalled leads and flag for follow-up
💡Make sure all leads are progressing properly through the funnel
💡Trigger alerts or tasks for overdue follow-ups or next steps
💡Ensure proper notes and outcomes are logged in the CRM after each meeting or touchpoint
💡Support SDR → AE → AM handoff processes by verifying ownership and stage
💡Nudge team members if updates or context are missing
💡Track next steps and ensure tasks are being completed on time
💡Create and maintain real-time dashboards to track team activities, deal progress, and CRM gaps
💡Present weekly reports on CRM usage, pipeline health, and missing data
💡Support the team with quick CRM insights or ad hoc reports when needed
💡Help set up tasks, sequences, or email follow-ups (if needed)
💡Be the go-to person for quick sales ops needs or CRM questions

Requirements:

💡1–2 years of experience in CRM, Sales Support, or related operations role
💡Hands-on with HubSpot CRM (or similar tools like Salesforce, Pipedrive)
💡Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
💡Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
💡Strong coordination skills — able to follow up with multiple people across the team
💡Excellent written communication skills

Nice to Have:

💡Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack
💡Exposure to lead qualification workflows or sales processes
💡Experience in a B2B SaaS or services company
