Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing outreach across multiple platforms, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach platforms.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales using a consultative approach.

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with business objectives.

Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions for performance tracking.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven success in lead generation and conversions.

Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.

Ability to work independently during evening/night shifts.
