We are currently hiring for Human Resources Intern at Petroleum Exploration (Pvt) Limited.
Responsibilities
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
Gather employee data like leaves, working hours and attendance etc.
Screen resumes and application forms.
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
Create summaries for HR related tasks and responsibilities.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Address employee queries about benefits.
Ongoing coordination and communication with all employee at a regular basis.
Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
Participate in organizing company events.
Drafting inter office circulars.
Addressing all incoming calls and emails.
Performance management assistance.
All other HR duties on daily basis.
Qualifications
Experience as an intern or junior HR role is a plus.
Familiarity with documentation and resume databases handling.
Experience with MS Office.
Basic knowledge of HR Concepts.
Good Organizing skills.
Good communication skills.
BBA/MBA/MPA in Human Resources Management or similar field.
Location: Islamabad
