𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Game Planner & Producer to plan game concepts, player progression, engagement strategies, and overall game performance.

The candidate must have strong knowledge of mobile game design, player behaviour, retention, session-time improvement, and data analytics, especially Firebase Analytics.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Plan game concepts, core gameplay loops, progression systems, and player journeys.

 • Create Game Design Documents, feature plans, and production roadmaps.

 • Improve player engagement, session duration, retention, and DAU/MAU ratio.

 • Identify player drop-off points, churn, and loss rate through analytics.

 • Use Firebase Analytics to analyze events, funnels, retention, sessions, progression, and user behaviour.

 • Convert analytics insights into actionable game improvements.

 • Coordinate with developers, artists, UI/UX designers, QA, and analytics teams.

 • Monitor competitor games, market trends, and successful engagement strategies.

 • Manage multiple game projects and ensure timely execution.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀

Performance will be evaluated based on:

 • Player retention

 • DAU/MAU ratio

 • Average session duration

 • Player engagement

 • Progression completion rate

 • Churn, drop-off, and loss rate

 • Achievement of quarterly game-performance targets

For example, from a portfolio of 15 games, at least 5 games should meet the assigned KPI targets during each quarter.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

 • Experience as a Game Planner, Game Producer, Game Designer, or Product Manager.

 • Strong knowledge of mobile game design, progression, rewards, and player psychology.

 • Strong practical knowledge of Firebase Analytics and game data analysis.

 • Understanding of retention, DAU, MAU, funnels, cohorts, churn, and session metrics.

 • Ability to turn data into clear game-design and product decisions.

 • Strong communication, documentation, planning, and team-management skills.

 • Knowledge of free-to-play games, monetization, and live operations is preferred.
