Financial Analyst

We’re Hiring: Financial Analyst | Night Shift | 

On-Site | Remote | Finance & Accounting | Full-Time 8:00 PM- 4:30 AM

QMCC is looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. If you enjoy working with data, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decisions, this role is for you.

Excellent English communication skills are required for this Canada-based company.

What You’ll Do

.Prepare weekly cash flow reports using POS, e-commerce, and ERP systems

.Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and analyze variances

.Maintain store-level revenue analysis and performance tracking

.Build and manage a 3-year financial model

.Support annual budgeting and forecasting

.Conduct variance analysis with actionable insights

.Analyze same-store sales, revenue trends, and profitability

.Monitor KPIs including Gross Margin % and store performance

.Evaluate new store performance vs projections

.Assist in board presentations and reporting

.Support due diligence for acquisitions

What We’re Looking For

.Chartered Accountant (CA)

.5 years of experience in Financial Analysis / FP&A

.Strong Excel & financial modeling skills

.Knowledge of IFRS & financial statements

.Experience in budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis

.Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have

.CPA/CFA (or in progress)

.Experience with ERP/BI tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, NetSuite)

.Retail or multi-location business experience

.SQL or data analytics exposure
