A.A Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Projects for its new project to oversee project planning, execution, and coordination across multiple sites.
Position Title: AM Projects
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000
Location: Karachi
Experience: 3–4 years
Qualification: BSc/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a relevant engineering discipline
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems in line with project timelines and milestones.
Support the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring MEP works progress as per schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Ensure all MEP works are executed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, health and safety standards, and company requirements.
Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems.
Monitor and control maintenance and energy costs while supporting the implementation of health and safety policies across project sites.
