Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer with hands-on experience in freelancing platforms and B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and driving business growth through online platforms and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients through Upwork and Fiverr

Write and submit high-quality proposals and bids tailored to client requirements

Manage end-to-end client handling, including communication, follow-ups, and relationship building

Use LinkedIn for lead generation and professional outreach

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting

Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to close deals

Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion progress

Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets
