Hiring Accountant | Islamabad-Based Only

Tech Solutions Pro is looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting and reconciliations, and assisting with basic social media content creation when required.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent numerical accuracy, and the ability to handle both financial responsibilities and creative tasks in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and General Ledger (GL) entries.

• Prepare and record journal entries and ensure transactions are properly documented.

• Perform bank, account, and ledger reconciliations regularly.

• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and supporting documentation.

• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, expenses, and other financial transactions.

• Ensure financial records comply with established accounting principles and internal procedures.

• Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar platforms.

• Maintain and analyse financial data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Support management with financial information, reports, and documentation when required.

• Assist with basic social media content creation and coordination.

• Create and edit simple social media videos using CapCut or similar editing tools.

• Stay aware of current social media trends and contribute creative content ideas when needed.

• Manage multiple accounting and content-related responsibilities while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably involving both accounting and content creation.

• Practical experience with General Ledger, journal entries, bookkeeping, and account reconciliation.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar accounting software.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

• Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Creative mindset with awareness of current social media trends.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
