Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate sales in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and NVOCC services.
• Identify and approach potential customers, importers, exporters, and corporate clients.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close business deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and freight rates.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and business growth targets.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or NVOCC.
• Strong knowledge of the Pakistan shipping and logistics market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer network and business development ability.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
