🎨 We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer Intern (Remote)

Cognitive IT Solutions is looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our remote team. If you have a passion for visual design, social media creatives, branding, and video content—and you enjoy experimenting with modern AI tools—we’d love to hear from you!

Position: Graphic Designer Intern

Work Mode: Remote

Duration: 6 Months

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (PKT)

Stipend: PKR 30,000/month

We are looking for someone who:

Has a good understanding of graphic design principles, layouts, typography, colors, and visual composition

Can create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentations, and marketing creatives

Has basic to intermediate skills in video editing and short-form video content

Is familiar with modern AI-powered design and video editing tools

Can use AI tools to generate ideas, improve designs, create visual assets, and accelerate the creative process

Has an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics

Can understand creative briefs and convert ideas into professional visual content

Is creative, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and tools

Can manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines while working remotely

🛠️ Skills & Tools

Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar platforms is a plus.

Familiarity with AI-based design, image generation, video editing, background removal, image enhancement, creative automation, and content-generation tools will be highly preferred.

You don't need to know every tool—we value your creativity, learning ability, and willingness to explore new AI technologies.

📌 Responsibilities

Design creative content for social media and digital marketing campaigns

Create graphics, banners, promotional materials, and website visuals

Edit short videos, reels, promotional clips, and other digital content

Work with the marketing and development teams to understand creative requirements

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity

Explore and experiment with new AI tools to improve design and video-production workflows

Revise designs based on feedback and deliver work within deadlines

Build and maintain a portfolio of creative work during the internship
