📢 We’re Hiring – Buying Executive

📍 Location: PEL Factory 34Km Ferozepur Road Lahore | Appliances Division

Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven Buying Executive to join our Procurement Team. The position will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of vendorized parts/materials required for refrigerator production while maintaining competitive pricing, optimum inventory levels and strong vendor relationships.

🎯 Key Responsibilities: 

✔ Ensure timely availability of vendor components/materials to meet production targets 

✔ Prepare and place Purchase Orders (POs) after proper scrutiny and production planning 

✔ Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply issues

✔ Manage vendor documentation including Delivery Challans, Sales Tax Invoices, Rejected Gate Passes, etc.

 ✔ Coordinate with Vendor Development/Quality teams to minimize rejection of vendor parts

 ✔ Prepare daily follow-up reports and monitor vendor supplies

 ✔ Follow up with vendors regarding payments and outstanding matters

 ✔ Maintain procurement and ISO-related documentation

 ✔ Support other procurement activities assigned by Head Local Procurement

✅ Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification: B.A / B.Sc / B.Com

💼 Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Buying, Local Purchasing, Material Planning or Vendor Management
