Video Editor Internship — Internship Leading to a Full-Time Job

Duseca Software is looking for fresh graduates / entry-level video editors who are passionate about video editing and want to build a professional career in the industry.

This is an internship position, with the opportunity to transition into a Full time position based on performance and skills demonstrated during the internship.

What You’ll Work On:

* Short-form videos for social media

* Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts

* Social media ads and promotional videos

* Motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects

* Basic color correction and sound design

* Editing according to brand guidelines and creative briefs

What We’re Looking For:

* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience.

* Good understanding of video editing fundamentals

* Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar tools

* Creative mindset and attention to detail

* Willingness to learn and improve

* Ability to work with deadlines and take feedback

* A portfolio or sample work is a plus

Internship → Full-Time Opportunity

This is not just a short-term internship. We are looking for candidates who can grow with the team and potentially join us as full-time Video Editors after successfully completing the internship.
