Position: Officer Marketing and Sales
Requirements
Qualification: BBA/ BS in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills: Tendering Process & Contract Management: Expertise in handling formal bid documents,
tender submissions, and commercial contracts, familiarity with international organization standards and compliance processes, awareness of corporate compliance, fraud prevention, and business ethics, strong inner drive to make sound, principled business decisions under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
• Tender & Bid Management: Prepare pre/post-bid comments, bid bonds, and performance bond
guarantees, handling all operational tasks for tender submissions.
• Debtor & Financial Follow-up: Track and follow up with debtors to ensure the timely receipt of
outstanding payments.
• Downstream Logistics Management: Oversee and manage downstream logistics operations for product delivery.
• Quality & Standards Implementation: Implement API/QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures to maintain product and process quality.
• Supply Chain Interfacing: Coordinate directly with production and supply chain departments to
monitor stock levels of work-in-process and finished goods.
