Dubizzle Labs is hiring an Accounts Officer!
Key Responsibilities
AP & Reconciliations: Verify vendor invoices against POs for ERP posting; perform routine GL and bank statement reconciliations.
Accounting Support: Prepare month-end journal vouchers (accruals/prepayments) and maintain the fixed asset register.
Taxation & Records: Compile data for monthly and quarterly tax withholding returns and archive physical vouchers.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous financial and administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institute.
Experience: Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant finance experience.
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, quick learner, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
