Position: People & Culture Associate (Remote)

Requirements:

Qualification: BBA/BS in HR, Organizational Psychology or a related field.

Experience: 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Builder's Mindset, Action & Experimentation Bias, ability to notice distinct patterns in

engagement, feedback, and performance data, familiarity with eLearning/LMS tools, genuine

curiosity about AI/data science, storytelling/interactive learning design skills, and proven impact

on engagement or retention metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build new playbooks and own outcomes for learning programs, engagement, and culture end-to-

end rather than following standard checklists.

• Actively question existing processes, design new organizational rhythms, and bring proactive

ideas to shape team operations.
