Work From Home (Backend Developer)
Botmer International is looking for a highly autonomous Backend Developer who can independently own and scale backend systems.
Experience & Seniority
* 4+ years of professional backend development experience
* 2–3 years of hands-on NestJS experience in production
* Proven ability to work independently on complex systems
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js & NestJS
* Experience building REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
* Solid database design knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL)
* Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
* Familiarity with testing strategies (unit & integration tests)
* Experience with Docker and basic AWS setups
Working Style
* Fully autonomous with minimal supervision
* Thinks in clean, scalable architectures
* Proactively identifies issues & suggests improvements
* Owns backend features end-to-end
