About the Role

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing TikTok and Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on U.S.-based audiences. We are especially looking for someone who understands how to build high-performing TikTok and YouTube lead gen campaigns, test creatives, and improve conversions

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns (lead generation, traffic, and conversions).

 Set up and manage TikTok pixel, custom audiences, and event tracking.

 Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, especially YouTube video ads.

 Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven optimizations.

 Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and placements.

 Coordinate with the creative team for ad copy and video requirements.

 Prepare campaign performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

 1–2 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing.

 Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager (mandatory).

 Working knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube advertising.

 Familiarity with TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.

 Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and optimization.

 Good English communication skills (for U.S. audience targeting).

Bonus Skills

 Experience with Meta Ads.

 Understanding of creative optimization and short-form video strategy.

 Portfolio, case studies, or performance screenshots.
