At PureLogics, we’re looking for an Executive Personal Branding & Communications Specialist to work closely with senior leadership and help strengthen their professional presence, thought leadership, network, and visibility.

📍 Lahore, Pakistan | Onsite

🕐 1 PM – 10 PM

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute personal branding and LinkedIn strategies

• Turn executive experiences, insights, and opinions into compelling content

• Research industry trends, influential voices, podcasts, media, and events

• Identify and pursue podcast, speaking, media, collaboration, and networking opportunities

• Conduct personalized outreach and build meaningful professional relationships

• Identify relevant conversations and engagement opportunities

• Prepare pitches, speaker applications, executive bios, talking points, and briefing materials

• Track content, outreach, opportunities, relationships, and follow-ups

• Proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to the table

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant experience in personal branding, executive communications, thought leadership, PR, content strategy, B2B marketing, or strategic outreach

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong LinkedIn, research, storytelling, and content development skills

• Experience with outreach, networking, media, podcasts, or relationship building

• Highly proactive, organized, and self-directed

• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership

• Strong judgment around tone, messaging, and professional positioning

• Familiarity with AI-assisted research and productivity tools is a plus
