𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Onsite | Islamabad

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:

Mosafir is looking for a Travel Consultant - Flights with hands-on experience in flight reservations, ticketing, and customer handling. The ideal candidate should have mandatory experience with Travelport Galileo GDS and the ability to convert customer leads into bookings while providing efficient pre- and post-sales support.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Handle flight-related customer inquiries, provide quotations, and assist customers with suitable travel options.

- Make outbound calls to received leads and convert potential customers into bookings.

- Search and provide flight availability, fares, schedules, and routing options.

- Create, update, and manage PNRs through Travelport, Galileo & GDS.

- Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and other after-sales services.

- Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate booking, ticketing, and customer records.

- Follow airline fare rules, policies, and applicable ticketing procedures.

- Achieve assigned booking and sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in flight ticketing and reservations.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with Travelport Galileo GDS.

- Strong knowledge of airline fares, fare rules, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Good command of English and Urdu.

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into bookings.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet assigned targets.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate booking records.
