App Engagement Specialist - Faisalabad
A Specialist – App Engagement will be responsible to build stronger user connections, drive engagement across our app, and turn ideas into measurable impact. If you’re creative, data-driven, and thrive in collaborative environments, this role is for you.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute app engagement strategies to boost user retention and activity.
Analyze user behavior and data insights to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design) to deliver engaging experiences.
Create and manage in-app communication (notifications, campaigns, feedback loops).
Monitor KPIs and continuously improve engagement tactics.
🛠️ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, app growth, or user engagement.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel.
Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
Experience in fintech or SaaS is a plus.
