🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Dunya TV’s official YouTube channels
Plan, schedule, and optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to increase views, watch time, and subscribers
Collaborate with production, editorial, and social media teams to align content with trending topics and channel goals
Ensure content complies with YouTube policies, copyrights, and community guidelines
Use YouTube Analytics, SEO strategies, and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement
Monitor YouTube trends and platform updates to keep our channel competitive
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience managing YouTube channels, preferably for a media or broadcast brand
Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO, and monetization policies
Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and video optimization tools
Strong Knowledge of Youtube Community Guidelines.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced media environment
