Deputy Manager Compliance and Audit

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co. is looking for a "Deputy Manager Compliance and Audit" in their Dealer Development department.

Qualifications: BBA, MBA, or Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Network Compliance, Dealer Audits, Franchise Risk Management, and Process Control, preferably within the automotive 3S dealer network or retail franchise sectors.

Location: Head Office, Karachi.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive dealer compliance monitoring and operational audit programs across the network, ensuring compliance with company policies, franchise agreements, and dealer operating standards. The role involves identifying dealer standard operating procedure (SOP) gaps, managing the corporate dealer network audit calendar, and driving process optimization interventions to foster network readiness and continuous standard compliance building.

The individual will coordinate seamlessly with dealership principals and internal heads to map operational and financial risks, lead annual dealer performance and compliance evaluation cycles, and drive network standard frameworks that build a high-performance retail workspace. Additionally, they will champion an ethical dealer culture, manage franchise compliance reporting and standard evaluation projects, and track key audit metrics related to risk mitigation, 3S standard adherence, and overall network health.

Notably, the role includes implementing operational control strategies, managing regulatory and brand compliance frameworks across dealerships, and steering change management programs to embed BYD's core values, premium standards, and operational excellence across all levels of the dealer network.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and program management skills are essential, along with a high level of problem-solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to establish an inclusive and premium organizational workspace.
