Position: Visual Merchandiser
Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Salary : 130k - 150k

#Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising or a related field (preferred)
✔️ 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role

#Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain engaging in-store displays, windows, and merchandising setups
- Ensure visual consistency with seasonal promotions and brand standards
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with promotional goals
- Leverage sales insights to optimize display effectiveness and inventory turnover
- Update and refresh displays based on stock levels, promotions, and seasonal trends
- Monitor stock rotation and ensure bestsellers are always in focus
- Maximize space utilization for visibility, accessibility, and customer flow
- Train and guide store staff on merchandising best practices
- Partner with store managers to ensure flawless execution of visual strategies
