InnoverSol. is looking for a confident and results-driven Female Upwork Caller / Sales Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls, engage with international clients, and successfully close sales deals. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience handling clients on Upwork.

Shift : Night - Onsite
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Make and handle calls with international clients professionally
- Communicate service offerings clearly and persuasively
- Convert leads into confirmed deals and achieve sales targets
- Manage client inquiries and follow-ups efficiently
- Maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities
- Prior experience with Upwork or international client handling (preferred)
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently during night shift
