Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

-Client Focus: USA-based Clients
Responsibilities:
-Manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms.
-Write customized, professional proposals.
-Communicate effectively with USA-based clients and convert leads into projects.
-Maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
-1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and client communication.
-Strong English communication (written & verbal).
-Confidence in handling international clients.
-Ability to meet targets under deadlines.
What We Offer:
-Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 (negotiable based on experience).
-Commission: Up to 10% on closed deals.
-Monthly Target: $6,000 (with one ID).
